TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me you accept my Terms of Service. Please read the full terms.
PAYMENT:
• I take payments through PayPal (USD) only.
• Payment must be upfront. I will not start working on your commission until payment is fulfilled.
• Payment plans are available only with the prices over $150, these can be splitted in 50% before the sketch and the remaining 50% after the sketch is finished.
• If for some reason PayPal holds the money you have sent, the commission will not be started until the money is received.______________________________• I reserve the right to cancel your commission inquiry after payment "if I am not comfortable working with you, your idea or character." and you will receive a refund. Before commissioning me, please make sure you know how my style looks and what you might expect.
• There can be 2 sketch revisions. Further revisions will have an extra charge.
• If you want to get the picture faster or on a desired deadline, there might be an extra charge (ex: less than 4 days weeks = +50%).
• I do not give refunds after work has begun.

COMMISSION PROCESS:
• To commission me, send me a message with necessary information about what you would like to get.
• Please provide as much detail about your commission as possible.
• I prefer working with visual references. If necessary, you can include photos of your character's clothing, accessories, etc... with your inquiry.
• If you send me a traditional reference of your character, please, include a digital color palette I could pick colors from.
• Highly detailed characters may cost extra. For example (e.x. many tails, complex wings, highly detailed clothing/armor/weapon, etc.)
• After we have agreed on the design, I will ask for payment.
• I will begin working on your commission after receiving the payment.
• I'll always send you the sketch for confirmation before I start inking it.
• I will provide the sketch for revision within 2 - 7 days after receiving the payment.
• Commission details can be changed before I start working, or while confirming the sketch. Once I begin the line art stage, only very minor revisions are possible.
• My turnaround time is 3 days to 6 weeks, depending on where you are on my queue, how big your commission is and how much time I have to draw. Please, be patient. Rushing only slows me down. :(
• If there's any matter in my personal life that may cause delay, the customer will always be notified beforehand.
• After finishing your commission, you will receive both watermarked and unwatermarked version of the artwork.
• I usually do not accept deadlines. If you want to get the picture faster or on a desired deadline, there might be an extra charge (ex: less than 4 days weeks = +50%).
• Please know before you commisison me that I do not give refunds after the payment has been sent and commission has been started.

My default canvas size is A4 (6300 x 8910 pixels), 300 DPI for illustrations. Simpler commission options will be drawn on smaller canvas, but I never go down below A6 format (4440 x 3150 pixels). But you can ask for any specific canvas size!
Exceptions: badges, icons, which are solely for online use.

• I have the right to upload your commissioned artwork on my social media and online galleries, unless you state otherwise.
• I have the right to put your commissioned artwork on my portfolio, both online and physical.
• I have the right to resell (YCH) or make personal use of declined commission sketches.
• I retain full rights to my artwork.
• My artwork is not for commercial use. You cannot profit from it, unless you pay for the commercial fee that is x2 the base price (may increase depending on the project details).
• You have the right to repost the image(s) I made for you on your social media or galleries if you credit me in the description.
• You have the right to use the commissioned artwork as your profile photo, banner, background, or somewhere on your pages as long as there is a credit included.
• You have the right to crop the commissioned artwork as you please (e.x. for avatar/banner purposes) or add text to it. You can also ask me to do it for you with no/small fee.
• You are allowed to make non-commercial prints from the commissioned artwork and you don't need my permission to do that.
